Returns Policy

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items); Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, gift cards & orders with any type of promotion such as free shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and do the right thing.

European Union's 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, whenever your order does not contain clearance items, gift vouchers & any kind contains promotions such as "free shipping". As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
